A few weeks ago I published my Joyful Saints Printable Games set, and it included all these super cute simple saint images that I drew. I think these same saints make excellent coloring pages for your younger kiddos, preschool especially, since they have large areas to color, thick lines and are just cute in general. Since Saint Elizabeth of Hungary’s feast day is coming up on November 17, she’s the first one to get to be a preschool coloring page!

We have a little Elizabeth in our house, and I just love the story of Saint Elizabeth of Hungary. If you have an older child who might think this coloring page a little too babyish, then check out my Saint Elizabeth Magic Slider printable (or coloring page). It’s more complicated and can be made into a magic sliding craft if you want. With these two printables, you probably have suitable Saint Elizabeth coloring for the whole family!
I just want to share again my favorite Saint Elizabeth story book: Roses in the Snow. Learn about some of the Hungarian culture concerning this special saint, a grandmother- granddaughter relationship and see in a book how going to mass is a tradition on her feast day. Plus I love the illustrations!
And lastly, just in case you are thinking about Christmas gifts and stocking stuffers already, I’ve put this cute Saint Elizabeth in color on a keychain in my Zazzle store. Isn’t it cute!? I hope to eventually have all my joyful saints on key chains or small gifts so your kids can be surrounded by the saints! Click here to see my Saint Elizabeth of Hungary Keychain and thanks for checking it out!
