Saint Therese’s Feast day is October 1st. I have grown so much closer to Saint Therese this year, it seems like I keep running into her name over and over. I’ve made for you a Saint Therese Coloring page to help you celebrate this beautiful saint’s life.

Saint Therese is known for her child-like love of God and for her ‘Little Way.’ My daughter and I enjoyed a chapter book about a young girl going to Catholic School who tries her best to live Saint Therese’s Little Way. She encounters mean kids at school, a deceitful friend (they make up by the end!), as well as internal struggles to always keep her room clean. (can your kids relate?) Through her daily interactions and self dialogue she resolves and does well living the Little Way one day at a time. Olivia and the Little Way was a beautiful story I loved reading aloud to my daughter. It’s a chapter book, and has a few pictures scattered throughout. I liked it so much, I even sent a copy to my niece Lydia, who is reading chapter books on her own. If you want, add it to your collection. You will never look back and think “I had too many saintly books for my kids”!
Saint Therese, Pray for us!
